Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Yehro, operated by Yehro ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Yehro on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms for that business.

2. The service

Yehro provides QR code signup pages, giveaway management, and member list tools for retail stores. We may add, change, or remove features as the product develops. During the waitlist and early-access period, availability is limited and features may change without notice.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your member lists

The member lists you build through Yehro belong to your store. You can export your list at any time. If you close your account, you can take your list with you. In turn, you're responsible for using your list lawfully, including complying with anti-spam and data protection laws that apply to your business (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or PDPA, depending on where you operate).

5. Giveaways

You're responsible for the giveaways you run: choosing the prize, awarding it fairly, and complying with any laws that apply to promotions or raffles in your jurisdiction. Yehro provides the signup mechanics, not legal cover for the promotion itself.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Yehro to send spam, collect data deceptively, impersonate another business, or do anything unlawful. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, probe its security, or access other stores' data.

7. Fees

Pricing for the service will be published before general availability. We'll give existing customers reasonable notice before any price change takes effect.

8. Disclaimers

Yehro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we don't guarantee any particular business outcome, list size, or sales result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material, we'll notify account holders by email before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
