The short version

1. What we collect

From store owners: your name, email, store details, and account activity needed to run the service.

From shoppers who join a store: the name and email address entered in the giveaway signup, plus which store they joined. We deliberately do not collect phone numbers.

2. Who owns member data

When a shopper joins a store through Yehro, that membership record belongs to the store. The store can export its list at any time and can take it along if it stops using Yehro. We process this data on the store's behalf and don't use one store's list to benefit another.

3. How we use data

We use the data we collect to run the service: delivering signups to the right store, powering giveaways, sending the emails stores ask us to send, and keeping the service secure. We don't sell personal data to anyone, and we don't build advertising profiles of shoppers.

4. Emails

Shoppers receive emails from the stores they joined. Every email includes a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect for that store's list. Waitlist signups on this site receive emails about Yehro itself, also with an unsubscribe link.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep data as long as the related account is active. Stores can delete individual members or their whole list. If you're a shopper and want your data removed from a store's list, unsubscribe from their emails or contact us and we'll handle it with the store.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to what operating the service requires, and we review access regularly. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat member lists as the most sensitive thing we hold, because for our customers they are.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email us and we'll act on your request within the timelines your local law sets.
